TERMS OF USE

AbsoluteIncentives.com User Agreement

The following is standard legal information about the AbsoluteIncentives.com website. If you have any questions feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

AbsoluteIncentives.com is offered to you based on your acceptance of the terms and conditions and the articles based herein. AbsoluteIncentives.com reserves the right to change these conditions under which the site operates at any time.

Fraud and Commission Rates

Our rakeback offers are based on the rate of commission which we receive from the poker rooms we advertise. In the future this rate could increase in which we would happily pass the higher rate to you. It is possible, yet unlikely, that these rates could decrease and we would be forced to reduce rakeback rates accordingly. In the event that a poker room changes their allowed maximum rakeback or our commission percentage you will receive written notice within a week of our becoming aware of said changes. In the unlikely event that a poker room defaults on its affiliate payment to AbsoluteIncentives.com or prohibits the practice of giving rakeback, we shall not be held liable for outstanding rakeback payments owed to players of that poker room.

Each poker room reserves the right to withhold or modify payments from AbsoluteIncentives.com if they determine the player has used his account for fraudulent purposes. If payments are withheld, AbsoluteIncentives.com will not be held liable for making these payments to the player.

Rakeback Data

We determine your rakeback and referral earnings through reports sent to us by the poker sites, we do not have access to their backend reporting system. This data can be subject to errors, extra or missing data and change to due to fraud or chargebacks. For this reason, occasionally your rakeback could either go up or down after the end of the month. Before making payments AbsoluteIncentives.com rechecks all data to make sure everything is up-to-date.

Rakeback calculations are made based on total payable revenue generated by the player. Some poker rooms deduct a percentage of bonus money you receive from your monthly gross rake thus lowering your total payable revenue and total rake payment. This is why in some cases, your rakeback can be negative and since the negative balance offsets players with a positive balance, your negative amount owed can be rolled over until it becomes positive.

Referrals and Marketing Practices

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge that you will not promote AbsoluteIncentives.com by misleading players, spamming, and using spyware or adaware to promote the website. The failure to comply with these terms can cause the forfeit of any referral earnings owed. This can be permanent and encompass all poker rooms and networks through which a player has made referrals.
