When do I receive my rakeback?

Rakeback is usually paid out at the end of each month, but sites that pay rakeback directly can pay out daily or weekly. For sites that pay out by month, if for example you generate rakeback in the month of March, you will be paid for that month in April. Generally, you should receive your rakeback before the 15th of the following month.

How is rakeback calculated?

The three most popular methods of calculating rakeback and Dealt, Average Contributed and Weighted Contributed.

Dealt – Just being dealt into the hand means that you have contributed to the pot even if you folded. This means you are allocated an equal portion of the rake taken. Therefore, if the rake taken on a particular hand was $4 and there were 4 players, you were considered to pay $1.

Average Contributed – With this method, you must contribute something to the pot in order to be considered to have paid rake. So if you are dealt in and fold without playing or paying a blind, you have contributed $0 to the rake. So for example, if there are 8 players at the table, but 4 folded pre-flop, the total rake paid at the end of the hand would be divided by the 4 players who paid to enter the pot.

Weighted Contributed – With this method, you are considered to have paid a weighted portion of the amount that you contributed to the pot. So lets say the pot was $100 and the total rake was $4. If you put in $3, then your rake paid would be $3/$100 *$4 or $.12.

Will I start receiving rakeback as soon as I sign up?

Yes, when you sign up using our instructions, you should be receiving rakeback from the first hand you play. You must make sure to let us know your screenname so that we can confirm that you are the owner of that account.

Why didn’t I receive my rakeback payment for last month?

This could be because many sites have minimum transfer requirements or you balance was negative due to deposit fees or bonus dollars earned. Therefore if your rakeback generated was not over the minimum for that site, it will be rolled over until it reaches that amount and it will then be paid with that month’s rakeback payment.
